Some things go way beyond business.

In a world where leaders are measured by revenue, growth, and deals closed, it's worth pausing to see what leadership looks like off the clock.

CEO Tim Weaver and Industrial Buyer Jimmy McDonald coach the Lady Bulldogs — a girls' softball team that includes Tim's youngest daughter, Mia. And they're not just teaching the game. They're showing up. Early practices, late evenings, weekends on dusty fields to help build confidence, discipline, and resilience in a group of young athletes who'll carry those lessons long after the season ends.

For these girls, it's everything. It's having mentors who believe in them. It's learning to handle wins with humility and losses with grit. It's being part of something bigger than themselves.

Tim and Jimmy aren't doing this for recognition. They're doing it because community matters...because leadership isn't just about what you build in business, it's about what you build in people.

The Lady Bulldogs are more than a team. They're a reflection of what happens when people choose to give back.

That's community building at a whole new level.
